 Karabakh is ours!

 I write this article in order to show why Karabakh is the most important part of Azerbaijan. According to the sources, since the XI century Karabakh became a home of Oghuz Turkic tribes. They are the ancestors of Azeri people. Nagorno – Karabakh conflict began in the late 1980s. Armenian army occupied 20% of Azerbaijan territory. Up to 16000 Azerbaijan civilians were killed during the first Karabakh war ruthlessly. We have one million refugees. Nowadays I mean after 23 years from 1^st Karabakh war our army liberated our territory from the occupation. Azerbaijan forces released “Lala tapa” hill and the village of Jabrail, Jojug Marjanly.

It is my native land which I made to move in 1993. My father say: “All families were moved to secure place. Only men stayed in the village. I was alone at our home. We had a dog. It always barked at me. But the last days even the dog was quiet. Then I heard the strong sounds of shelling. I opened the dog`s chain and left home. I was swimming and cross the river from the border of Iranian government in a secret way. I had no shoes. People didn't take anything with them,because they believed they would return soon ”. When he was speaking he had tears in his eyes.

  In 2016 during the four days of fighting, Azerbaijani Armed Forces liberated the heights near the Talish village, as well as the Seysulan point, which could pose a threat to the safety of Goranboy district and the city of Naftalan. 

Azerbaijani troops regained control over the strategic Lalatapa hill located 2.9 kilometres north-west of the village, which shifted Chojuq Marjanly away from the immediate front line and allowed safe access to the village. 

When we heard the news about freedom of the village our hearts fill with joy.  After restoration of the village we went there. Though I was very little when we left our land but at that moment my heart was beating fast with joy.

        Now in 2020 our army released all our land from the enemy. All armenians took everything with them. They burned forests,houses.Our army let them move.Because it is not their homeland they have no hope to return back as us. In 1992 and 1993 during 1st Karabakh war though armenian army shot our people savagely,but they fought against,never lose their hope.

Today  the world reproaches us for liberating our homeland. That is the world which never helped us to release Karabakh. That is the world which never wanted justice for Khojaly. That is the world which always closed eyes Armenians` humiliating our people. Today any European journalists  pretend as if they don`t know the truth and asked “why Karabakh is important for you? I shout: Hey! World listen!

                Karabakh is our native land not for its resources.

                Karabakh is our honour.

                Karabakh is the bones of our ancestors.

                Karabakh is the voice of children, women who killed mercilessly.

                Karabakh is the blood of martyrs.

                That`s why Karabakh is important.

We are thankful for The GOD,our president,army,martyrs and we are sorry for Ganja,Barda civilans.
